Shepherd’s Way L.L.C. — Refund Policy
Effective Date: November 10, 2025

Purpose
At Shepherd’s Way L.L.C., we are committed to providing high-quality, faith-based school
counseling services to students and families. This policy explains how refunds are handled for
payments made through ClassWallet in accordance with both company and platform
requirements.

1. Payment Method- All session and program fees must be paid in advance through the ClassWallet App.

– Payments are only accepted through the approved ClassWallet account associated with
your student or homeschool organization.

– Once payment is submitted through ClassWallet, your appointment will be confirmed.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling- Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

– Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full and are not eligible
for refund through ClassWallet.

– Sessions canceled with more than 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled or refunded in
accordance with ClassWallet and Shepherd’s Way refund procedures.

3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be issued only under the following conditions:

– A session is canceled by Shepherd’s Way L.L.C. and cannot be rescheduled.

– A duplicate payment or ClassWallet billing error occurs.

– A prepayment for counseling services is canceled before any services have been rendered.
Refund requests will be processed through ClassWallet to ensure compliance with state and
program funding requirements.

4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:

– Completed counseling sessions.

– Administrative or assessment fees.

– Group workshops or multi-session programs once they have begun.

5. Refund Process
1. Submit your refund request by email to
Support@shepherds-way-student-counseling.com.
2. Include your full name, session date(s), and reason for the refund request.
3. Shepherd’s Way will review the request within 7 business days.
4. If approved, the refund will be issued through the ClassWallet App within 10 business days,
following ClassWallet’s refund guidelines.
